only, this was the best image of these guys I had. They came as a pair,
grew well as a pair, began to deteriorate as a pair, and was returned
to the Fish Store as a pair. I'm not 100% positive but I believe this
coral WAS affected chemically by something else in the tank. Seemed fine
and was growing for several months after introduction. Then, it began
to 'withdraw' some; much like it was going into it's normal shedding routine
except it never really shed. I didn't see the polyps very much for quite
sometime. Then it began to 'fray' very slightly around the edges. By this
time it was about half the size it had been. I never saw anything parasitic
on it but it was in close proximity to some Large and Small polyped stonies.
