snip…then
shoot up with kalk. The Amplexdiscus
is finally gone due to my needing the
space. Rhodactis
sp #1, I'm pleased to report has multiplied very well. There are close
to ten of them now. .
And while the Ricordea florida is almost gone, also due to the overhauling of
live rock, I made a recent purchase of Rhodactis for
more 'ground coverage'. |
Zoanthids Go!
Palythoa polyps have multiplied threefold. As
for the Zoanthus, I pruned them way back last Feb. but they're back
with a vengeance so I've got to do it again before it gets too cold
"too late". I mentioned the problem I had regarding shipping them last time
so I'll
try to be a bit more selective about who I send them to from now on. There
IS a waiting list right now however so I guess this issue is academic until
next time. Zoanthus sp #4 is no longer available, by the way. |

Growth
Shots Go!
Due to the fragging (and CS/IO) incident the only older corals qualified
for inclusion this time would be Acro #8 and
Acro #10 ,
the latter only because I took one last image before it was fragged. and show
Acro #10 right after fragging in Feb. and its growth as of September. The
only new entry is coral are Acro #23 and .
Beginning with the spring '04 update, all Growth Shot photos will be
replaced with today's |

more
current images. I will probably then
add an Archive section so the 'older' stuff
will still be available. |
Photography Go!
Given all the changes, problems and events that have taken place since
the last update, it should come as no surprise that I haven't had
much time to sit back and make many photographs. I did add eight new
images here though but removed a couple older ones that I wasn't
really crazy about. |
True
Misc. Go!
Only four new images here. If all goes well, I promise I'll do better
next time. |

Thanks guys for bearing with me
through this. I guarantee that there
will NEVER be another update of this
magnitude again and I sincerely apologize
for its length. As someone who likes
stability nearly as much as my corals
do, this has been one of most trying
six months I've spent in a
long time. It is my goal now to mostly
sit back and let the tank just…be.
Sure, I'll probably add something
new from time to time, just as I'll
probably lose something from time
to time, (through exchange, of course)
but by and large, I am very happy
with the way the tank looks now.
I hope you enjoyed the journey. Please
continue to write both through the
guestbook and through email. See
you next time…just hopefully
for not as long......Michael |
